This is an official TBV event. We will meet at the Pasco County I-75 Northbound Rest Area at 8:15am, leaving promptly at 8:30am for the drive to Ocala. We will meet up with Lakeland Corvette Club for lunch at Miller's Ale House. Please sign up on this page so that we know how many will be attending.

I've set up a tour of the National Parts Depot in Ocala for Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. For those not familiar with NPD, it is a national distributor of car parts, mostly for older cars. Very large facility located at 900 SW 38th Ave. in Ocala, Fl. Included in their facility is a collection of approximately 300 rare, and original, cars, shown in the air conditioned comfort of their warehouse. Rick Schmidt has graciously agreed to show us through the collection. Should probably take a couple of hours. Then off to lunch, as a group, to Millers Ale House.
I hope everyone can get their C1's to the facility, either by driving or trailering.
We'll be inviting the Lakeland Corvette Club to participate with us.
Let me know if you're in for this outing. I'll be coordinating meetup times and places, mostly for those coming from Central Florida, so we all arrive at around 9:30 a.m. on the day of the cruise.
For those coming from the north, we'll have to put a coordinator in charge of getting folks together for the ride down to Ocala. For those coming from the south, same deal. Let me know if you can help coordinate the meetups for those driving/towing up or down to Ocala.
I've not set up any hotel/motel accommodations, but I know there are quite a few hotels/motels in the Ocala area, if you plan on staying.
